Supply Chain Analyst Position!

Responsibilities:- Contacting the supply base in order to help to reduce and eliminate customer back orders and supplier past due purchase orders
-> There are Customer orders that need to be met. This person will work with one for the Global Supply Chain Analyst to review the open purchase orders, contact the supplier, and order product. They could eventual be asked to help out further with some of the planning and scheduling.

OFFICIAL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Utilize MS Office to review data and extract data
- Utilize PMIS (ERP) to assist in reducing customer back orders and supplier past due purchase orders
- Familiar with Access database to extract data
- Expediting deliveries from suppliers

HOURS:
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

MUST:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or scheduling, planning experience
- Excel: pivot tables, v lookups
- Good communication skills - internal/external
- Team player
- Outlook utilization

PLUS:
- Excel: macros
- Self-starter - requires little supervision
- Motivated to meet deadlines

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, and strong in Excel or a combination of education and experience in planning and scheduling

CONTRACT POSITION:
- 6 months, but very likely it could get extended
- We also hire entry level with this group, looking for individuals that want to move up within the organization, so it's a great foot in the door.
