Care Line Triage Nurse - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description: The Triage Nurse is supporting the 24/7 Care Line Call Center for members for the Health Plan in addition to patients or new patients. The Triage Nurse is taking calls on a large perspective of health conditions anywhere from a fever to chest pains, specialty and non-specialty. Typically the nurses take 70% of their calls out of queue where they are returning a patients call. The other 30% are live patient transfers from the reception desk that need more immediate attention. On average they will take about 4 calls per hour and an average call is 12-14 minutes. The physicians are also very supportive of the nurses. Qualifications: Must Haves qualifications:
* RN Licensed in State of Minnesota
o Needs to be okay obtaining WI RN License within 60 days of employment
* AAS in Nursing or BSN (preferred)
* 3+ years of nursing experience in any of the following areas: ER, ICU, Critical Care, OB/GYN, Med/Surg, Primary Care, etc).
* 3+ years of any EMR experience
* Pass the audio/typing test with a __ %

Nice to Haves qualifications:
* RN Licensed in MN, WI and IA
* 1+ years of call center triage experience
* 1+ years of EPIC
* Any MS Access experience
