HR Recruiter

We are currently seeking two recruiters to work for a large healthcare company. This is a contract-to-hire position and once you go permanent, you are eligible for some of the best benefits in Utah.

This is full cycle recruiting where you will be seeking to understand the departments need and then sourcing and screening candidates to send to the hiring manager of the department.

Minimum Requirements
* Education is verified. Bachelor's degree required. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution.
* Two (2) years' experience in Recruitment or Human Resources function.
* Experience in a role requiring relationship building skills and portfolio management with various customers.
* Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
* Experience requiring communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience in a role that required application of employment law.
