Performance Activewear is a quickly growing category at Old Navy.   • Leverage all CEM initiatives to increase customer loyalty to the Old Navy brand.
  • Gather anecdotal feedback from customers and communicate it to Field and HQ business partners.

  • Drive all Merchandise Handling SOPs: Sign to Sell, Mark to Move, and Door to Floor.
  • Provide a neat, clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for our internal and external customers.

Your knowledge of the competitive landscape will enhance your ability to sell our products while building a community of loyal Old Navy customers.
