A local Manufacturing Facility is currently seeking Qualified person to perform Facility Maintenance. Qualified Candidates will have previous Carpentry / Plumbing & Minor Electrical Experience .
This a 1st Shift position is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
OT as needed
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; minor electrical(ballasts,bulbs..), plumbing, etc.); Perform general cleaning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and painting, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.).
2. Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses).
3. Order parts and maintain required documents.
4. Performs other work related duties as assigned
