JOB OVERVIEW

  • Answering Customer Service inquiries via incoming calls and email
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements
  • Answer questions about accounts, billing, and services
  • Enroll new customers
  • Retain customers looking to switch to other providers
  • Upsell both new and existing customers
  • Assist existing customer with relocation services
  • Handle any other customer inquiry, complaint or request
  • Offer an exceptional customer experience in every interaction


Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Green Tree, PA

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Training Schedule: 5 weeks, Monday - Friday 9-5:45

Position Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, Prefer individuals able to work 3:15 pm - Midnight
