Recovery Associate
The Recovery Associate is responsible for performing customer service and / or resolution via phone. You will manage a list of recovery accounts and work off an automated dialer. The environment is very fast paced, requiring consistent multi-tasking. You will be representing 6 different clients and each has their own unique systems. At any given time you may have upwards of 10 programs will be open at one time, including email and instant messaging.
  • Outbound Calls: typically consist of calls regarding the list of accounts you are responsible for managing; contacting your client's patients who have past due medical bills. *Goal is to set-up payment arrangements or collect a payment in full.
  • Inbound Calls: consist of customer service related items/issues

Work Schedule is Monday - Thursday - Noon - 9:00 PM Fridays 10a-7:00 PM

Hourly wage is $11.75 plus $2.00 Shift Diff. for work after 5:00 PM and *Saturdays

** Bilingual - Hourly wage is $12.75> Noon - 5P and 14.75> 5P -9P
