Aerotek Healthcare is currently seeking Prior Authorization Coordinators for a National Healthcare Company in the Miami, FL area. This is a full time, long term opportunity with the company!

MUST HAVES:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a patient access representative, insurance verification representative, pre-certification coordinator, or prior authorizations coordinator.
  • Ideal candidate comes from a hospital or insurance setting.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED is required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This individual will be responsible for benefits eligibility and verifications, ensuring that patients with insurance or payment concerns are handled appropriately and expediently.
  • Obtains initial authorizations and renew all expiring authorizations for services provided.
