Field Service Technician

Job Description:

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for travelling to customer sites to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety industrial equipment. There will be frequent interaction with customers and employees on-site to determine problems, assess those problems, research and make the appropriate repair or replacement. Most of the work (approximately 75%) will be mechanical and electrical repair and the rest would be replacement

Qualifications:

- Excellent mechanical skills - 3-5 years' experience ideally
- Working knowledge of electrical - AC/DC power, 3 phase electrical, low to medium voltage (480 - 11,000 volts).
- Strong troubleshooting ability - proficiency with diagnostics, electrical testing instruments, relay logic, PLC's to troubleshoot (no programming)
- Understanding of emergency repair. Crowder is a service company and expects their field service techs to understand the gravity of an emergency repair and that they need to work until the problem is resolved.

Pay: 18-30/hr

Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday)
