Job Description

A Business Development Analyst (Real Estate) is commonly known as a real estate agent. Business Development Analysts guide clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction. Selling and buying a home can be an overwhelming process, so clients need the guidance of a Business Development Analyst to answer all their questions and offer them expert advice on home marketing, real estate values and the negotiation process for achieving a property sale and purchase. As a Business Development Analyst, you are passionate about customer service and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Study recent home sales in your real estate community and offer expert advice to clients on the true value of their home and the homes they are interested in purchasing
  • Devise marketing strategies to help clients sell their property quickly and for a good deal
  • Take clients to home showings and open houses
  • Network with clients and potential clients to increase your client portfolio
  • Work with other Business Development Analysts to represent your clients
