Compensation: $13.00-16.00/hr. DOE
Hours: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
You have a background in customer service and operations in a business-to-business setting, and you're looking to join a growing business-to-business service provider in the Atlanta area. Our client has an immediate need for a strong performer to join their team as an Investigative Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Processes applicants
- Conducts criminal background check, employment verification and education verification
- Manage client relationships
- Outbound / Inbound calls with universities and employers
Requirements / Experience:
- Strong customer service acumen
- Team player
- Problem solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish desired
- Phone presence, voice quality
- Associates Degree desired
- Typing at least 45 wpm
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check, drug screen, and education verification.
