Title: Customer Service Representative
This position will be working in the large contact center in one of three area's, pre-sales, order processing, and post sales. They will see where they fit best after training and put them into the different area's. Mainly you will be handling customer, dealers, quotes, and transactions.
The position is not a "NORMAL" customer service position, it is more of a inside sales/customer service/quoting position all roled into one.
Must have call center experience and be comfortable navigating on the computer.
