These Customer Service representatives will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls for applicants/existing clients of their largest client.
Their primary function is to accurately, completely and thoroughly answer, process and document inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. While on the phone, CSRs will need to access policies, procedures and information in their software system and be able to accurately document the notes on the call as well.
Open to working between 7am and 10pm.
This position has the potential to work from home as well.
