Position Summary
The Business Development Account Coordinator reports to the Ops Sales Supervisor in the Residential Business Development organization, and is responsible for supporting multiple sales channels. Support the bulk master accounts with new set up and rate increases according to the agreement. Coordinate efforts for new build property tracking through cross functional teams with construction, technical operations, legal, dispatch and residential sales teams. Job Duties
• Maintain bulk master accounts Rate Increase and set up/disco in CSG billing. Coordinate billing on basis to special major bulk accounts
* Work across functional organizations and with industry associations, organizations or sources to identify new build projects in the market area
• Upon contract execution, take responsibility for the project management of that new build through service activation and customer acquisition at the property. Working with the New built team to be part of the planning through Pending Project.
• Communicates with TWC engineering/design, construction departments, internal sales teams and public entities including.
* QC Sales force new contracts
* Assigned and create orders in CSG for Pending Bulk Projects
*Process daily/weekly orders in CSG and Sales Force
*Coordinate and Support Special Projects as needed
*Answer and assist calls related to bulk activity
*Copying, scanning and filing as needed
*Organize and work special events with multiple sales channels (some weekends required)
• Develop sales launch plan and coordinate on-site resources – including Concierge Reps, Direct Sales Reps or others as appropriate � with property management.
• Work across the organization to address the issues that are causing concerns at the property.
• Maintain tracking and reporting on each assigned property. Communicate progress, challenges and successes to management.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 plus years of proven B2B sales and/or project management experience. Cable or Telecommunications industry sales experience preferred.
• Must have solid communication, sales, and presentation skills - both face-to-face and via phone/video.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, SalesForce or similar sales contact software, order entry and billing systems, etc.
• Ability to work independently. Strong initiative and desire to learn.
• Must have own transportation and a clean driving record.
*CSG is a must

Travel Requirements
• Will utilize personal vehicle to travel within an assigned local sales territory. Travel stipend provided.
• Frequent travel to local TWC sites for meetings and training is required.
• Occasional travel to regional TWC sites may be necessary.
