Customer Service Professional: $14.00/hr - $15.00/hr
Our client, a Specialty Window and Door Manufacturer and Distributor in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find a top-notch Customer Service Professional who is familiar with construction and skilled trades to serve as the liaison between home owners and the production team and contractors who make and install their products. They need someone who has excellent customer service skills, a pleasant phone voice, is computer savvy, and has experience scheduling and/or dispatching. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. $14.00 - $15.00 per hour depending upon experience.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:
- Worked in the construction industry or skilled trades field.
- Has scheduling or has dispatching experience.
- Have provided customer service for a contractor or skilled trades provider.
- This role is required to work: 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays.
