The Associate Director, Specialty Programs will be responsible for oversight of the telephonic team members in the various states where we have Medicaid contracts. Position requires management of virtual teams with specific knowledge of meeting telephonic service levels, staffing needed to support metrics, as well as working with dialer jobs and Work Force Management to determine appropriate levels. Function will span across the PCCM teams in the Medicaid channel. Will support the oversight of teams for case management, coordination of care, health education, and medical management consulting.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
Ten+ years of experience managing telephonic dialer jobs, clinical and non-clinical staff in telephonic positions, as well as managing operational performance metrics to hit contract and customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree and RN a plus
