A leading health care company is seeking a Nurse Supervisor/Manager to add to their growing team! This position can start immediately and is full time.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License
- Previous supervisor/management experience
- Medicare/Medicaid experience
- Knowledge of criteria sets (i.e InterQual/Milliman)
Job Description:
- Oversees utilization management activity and referrals to the Medical Director.
- Perform utilization review of inpatient admissions, outpatient surgeries, and ancillary services as necessary to ensure turnaround times and processing times are met.
- Conducts audits and quality reviews of staff.
- Manage number of nurses based on experience.
