Production Planner - Full-time / Part-time

Analyze and balance the demand on capacity by performing weekly capacity planning and level loading.
Review customer forecasts, monitor designated customer websites, manage orders.
Maintain high level of quality customer service, follow-up on inquiries, maintain correspondence - status, confirmations, delays, etc.
Provide the plan to deliver product to meet customer demand. Schedule shared resources (profile, paint, assembly, and shipping). Provide street-staffing-speed plans for street level planning.
Work with department supervisors to determine status of customer orders.
Manage inventory, confirm availability through cycle counting, perform adjustments as needed, expedite purchased finished content with Buyers.
Communicate with sales team regarding product life cycle.
Establish goals driven to create sustainable improvements and achieve company goals.
Communicate with team, score daily performance.
Execute processes to standard work and business standards.
