Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Maintenance candidates should have 3-5 years electrical and mechanical experience. We are ideally looking for a strong troubleshooter. Mechanical/electrical maintenance experience and PLC knowledge is required.


Duties:
*Work with plant manufacturing personnel and quality control and to ensure process and equipment is capable of producing product that meets quality and engineering standards.
*Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary) and repairs Electrical and Mechanical failures of production machines.
*Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production and all related equipment.
*Install and troubleshoot PLC and field instrument communications hardware.
*Monitors and identifies poor performing instruments impacting control performance. Identify and recommend solutions to the poor performance.
*Welding, fabricating, and repairing various machines. Operates machine shop equipment, hand tools, power hand tools, and makes required parts when necessary.
*Position requires ability to act as a member of a highly functioning team
Technicians are working on multi station CNC machining centers, injection mold machinery, and assembly lines.

The candidate should have the ability to identify the problems and then troubleshoot the issue. This person should have a good balance of electro and mechanical exp.
