Job Duties Include:
Operate a mill and EDM Machine (no tool changes or troubleshooting, just loading parts and button pushing)
Loading blocks into the machine
Maintain inventory of cutting tools in good order, including organizing and sorting.
Inspect condition of cutting tools, disposition worn or defective tools.
-Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the Dept.
-Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency and utilization.
-Prepare sets of tools for upcoming milling jobs.
This is NOT your regular CNC Machine Shop - if you have a candidate that has over two years of exp. operating CNC Machines, they are most likely over qualified for these openings.
WEEK DAY
M-W 6AM - 6PM Thursday 6AM - NOON
