Gather and/or document information on stakeholders' business requirements, specifications, and/or needs for large scale complex projects (e.g., conduct intake process; ask questions; review project charter; monitor regulation; review reports)

Facilitate and lead the business team in gathering requirements, choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the PegaSystems software and DCO capabilities

Document and ensure Use Cases adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements, including coordination with System Analysts, Architects and Development Teams

Propose recommended and innovative solutions following internal processes and methodologies (e.g., Requirements and Solutions Analysis), including creating, controlling and improving business processes

Provide subject matter expertise, recognize and analyze gaps between current situation and desired outcome and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information, consider solutions and deliver the solution

Ability to analyze root-cause issue, solve complex problems / conceptual analysis and provide key recommendations for implementation process improvements

Ability to engage matrix partner teams (Technology, Facilities, Operations, Training, Reporting Product, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, etc.) to effectively deliver on each project

Understand strategic priorities and implement effective solutions that support business priorities; think strategically and deliver tactically

Provide timely written and/or verbal communications regarding project progress including deliverables, significant milestones, risks and mitigation strategies to the management team

Communicate and manage potential impacts and risks associated with implementing proposed solutions to business partners and relevant Stakeholders

Support project management activities:  Charter/Scope, Project Plan, IRAD/Issue Log, CBA, FMEA, Control Plan, Lessons Learned, Close Document, etc.

Ability to function in a multi-project environment with changing priorities

Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:


BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in gathering requirements, testing solutions for large scale, techno-functional projects

3+ years of experience documenting processes and practices, effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

3+ years of experience in leading / supporting large scale techno-functional projects, including time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

2+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions required

Healthcare domain expertise, knowledge of operational process flows

Experience working with large call centers

Hands on experience using PEGA systems software, preferably Pega Health Care Framework
Preferred Qualifications:


Advanced level of proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills with ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Fast learner, analytical thinker, detail oriented. Must be able to understand business process and business needs

Requirements and Solutions Analysis (RSA) level 3 or 4 certification

Project management training

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project

Six Sigma training / certification
