Customer Service Manager in Training

We are hiring for an Entry Level Leadership position. Our Entry Level Manager in training team are engaged in direct client interaction with the support of our diverse team of professionals at an assigned location. Working as a team in a decentralized management structure empowers our teams to rapidly make decisions that impact how they perform. We keep an open-door policy for new ideas and encourage our team members to use their ingenuity to execute their duties in an experiential and results measured setting. The combination of this structure with our talented team members allows us to quickly respond to changing market conditions and to exceed the expectations of our clients. Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience

• Ability to do face-to-face meetings with clients

• Ability to multi-task

• Ethical and honest business practices
