This position was created for a project to engage more plan members in the services provided by the company. The goal is to get plan members in for preventative care/primary care screening in order to keep them out of the ER when something comes up.
Duties:
- Outbound calls to members of the health plan to engage them and get them engaged in their healthcare
- Starting process for members members for their annual physicals, basic services, preventative screenings, etc.
- Reaching out to introduce the company to members who are not tied to a primary physician, welcoming them into the plan
- Tracking data on members in excel spreadsheets
- Calls can take between 3min-30min depending on the services needed/conversation
