Maintenance Mechanic

The candidate is expected to be able to execute the following skills:
a. Mig and Tig Welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminum
b. Soldering and Brazing of copper pipe
c. Experience with basic hydraulic systems, pipe fitting, and fabrication skills
d. Proper use of an electrical meter for troubleshooting, both in A/C and D/C
e. Read Blueprints and schematics
f. Troubleshoot pneumatic components, and repair PLC systems
g. Basic mechanical skills; experience with all shop tools- lathe, milling, shear machine, drill press, and metal bender

Testing the Job Description:
The most important aspect for the candidates to be strong in is electronics. Preferably they will have experience with packaging equipment with sensors/metal detectors.

1.Breakdowns
2.PM's
3. Finding a project to work on if there is nothing else/ PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
