Customer Service Representatives are needed:
- Knowledge of mortgage or banking is preferred but not required.
- Multi-tasker to be able to juggle multiple software systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with good math skills Able to retain a lot of information and be a quick learner
- Needs to have creative thinking/problem solving skills
- Someone who is production and goal driven.
Excellent communication skills - Positions are located in downtown Detroit
- Must be shift flexible.
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
