About this job

The candidates will be responsible for handling 2 functions. They will be handling all the credit analysis for Current Customers and new customers that are coming through the pipeline. The candidates will be responsible for analyzing the financial statements via the tracking system and making sure that all the documents are up to date. They will analyze the commercial credit requests and consumer loans. This will entail completing a cash flow analysis on the corporation, a global cash flow analysis, handle a cash flow on the owner and their internal assets, as well as going back in the companies financials and learn how the company is trending and forecasting the next 1-3 years to ensure that they know as much about the organization as possible.
The candidate will do this with a spreading statement system. This will allow them to see in depth the company history, create the terms of the loans and the payment terms as well. They will issue a line of credit and once they have all this information they will put it into a Risk Rating Method to figure out the Risk involved in taking on this loan.

Once they have all the information analyzed on the commercial company and owner the candidate will run the Risk Report. After they will send all the information to the lender and will work together to ensure that they can take on this opportunity.

They will be working on existing relationships and making sure that everything is up to date. They will need to check credit reports and ensure that the current status is still intact and as is.
