Job Description:

The customer service reps will be taking inbound calls for a healthcare pharmacy client. There are two shifts available:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Position requires a combination of good customer service skills, understanding of benefits and problem solving skills.

Calls vary greatly; Answering general questions about benefits, coverage, and reorders. Agents will need to be comfortable navigating the HELP TOOL in order to answer questions regarding customers plans because each one is different.

There will be a high volume of work and each person is expected to handle each call professionally and accurately in order to SOLVE the customers concerns. Average handle time could be 3-5 minutes but the most important thing is they take care of the customer and handle the issue with care.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
6 months Customer Service Experience
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
Ability to handle 30 to 40 calls per day.
Job requires computer literacy Word and Outlook
Type 32 words per minute

Previous experience in a medical/insurance/benefits environment is a PLUS.
