Assembler

Local Manufacturing company in need of experienced Assemblers for multiple openings on 1st shift. The Assembler is responsible for using verbal instructions, work order, trim and finish drawings, pick sheets, and blueprints to assemble and install all components required for final assembly.

The major job duties are as follows:
-Perform all sub-assembly and component assembly operations required to completely assemble seating and seating components
-Understand and utilize pick sheets, trim/finishing drawings, work orders, and verbal instructions to assemble all components
-Setup and use all types of fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment
-Make all final checks and adjustments required for proper functional operation of details, components, and completed seat assemblies
-Move materials to and from work position
-Keep accurate records and make reports in accordance with work performance requirements
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Hours:
Mon-Thurs: 7am-3:30pm and 3:30-5:30 mandatory OT
Friday- 7am-3:30pm
Saturday- 6am-12pm and can go to 2pm
(Saturdays will be communicated by Thursday)
Off on Sundays

High School Diploma or Equivalent required for this position.
