Positions in this function are responsible for direct customer service of non-insurance related products (i.e. Ingenix products). May provide technical expertise, problem triage, instructions or general non-sales customer support.Primary Responsibilities:

Advocate for many onsite and offsite customer meetings, including, but not limited to, attending customer meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and other pertinent documentation. In addition, handling many logistics for onsite and offsite meetings, including facility set-up, catering, etc.
Coordinates a variety of activities across UMR Operations and manages multiple key strategic deliverables for UMR. Including, but not limited to: the annual Giving Campaign, the annual DRG certification process, managing Operation's travel and UMRs employee welfare dollars to the budget, tracking and communicating UMR privacy incidents.
In conjunction with the WI012 site leader, engage in potential issues and/or opportunities needed within the office environment (e.g., office equipment, cleaning, security) working in collaboration with facilities management. Independently coordinates multiple events and leads various efforts at the WI012 site.
Direct support for UMR COO, which includes coordination of projects/commitments directly involving the COO and UMR Operations senior leaders. This position will participate (and frequently lead) strategic planning and business strategy sessions for UMR leadership.
The UMR administrative team supporting UMR COOs cabinet will report to this position. This will allow others in these roles to receive the training and mentoring necessary to expand their skill set so we provide consistent output across UMR. An outcome will be common expectations and consistency, equitable distribution of projects and deliverables.
Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors.
Impact of work is most often at the local level.

Requirements

Requirements:




HS Diploma or GED

5+ year experience in UMR operations

5+ years experience in a leadership role.

Experience with Microsoft Excel- creating/updating spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, PowerPoint- creating presentations, Word- creating/updating and formatting documents

Experience working in Healthcare Industry
Assets:


Undergraduate degree or higher

Project management experience

Experience working with virtual team environment

Creating and analyzing reports

UMR Workflow knowledge
