Manger a book of business which includes monitoring and processing eligibility for Dual Customers (WP1) customers.Manage Development queue regarding eligibility requests from Date EntryManage Eligibility reporting, reviewing for issues and errors and processing when neededAdhere to established Turn-Around-TimeInteract with internal/external customers gathering data for accuracy on discrepanciesProvide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing functionIncluding quality assurance and audit activitiesAssist on assigned projects and participate as an SME(Subject Matter Expert) as assigned

Requirements



Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of work experience in an office professional environment with defined measurements and goals 1+ years of experience solving customer problems Ability to create formulas, filter, copy, paste within Microsoft ExcelAbility to send emails, schedule meetings, operate calendar within Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of Enrollment and Eligibility experience
Soft Skills:

Ability to navigate multiple computer applicationsAbility to multi-task, this includes ability to understand the healthcare industryAbility to remain focused and productive each dayProfessional verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computerService center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
