Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an organized, marketing-minded individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  This position combines marketing, sales, and customer service, and requires extensive one-on-one interaction with clients and families, as well as the healthcare professionals who refer them to our service.

The Client Service Manager will perform a wide array of marketing duties, including representing the company at health care and marketing events, assisting with in-service presentations, and meeting with health care professionals who refer clients and their families to our service.

The Client Service Manager will also be involved in the day-to-day sales and customer service functions of our company.

This position works closely within a tight knit office team on a daily basis to deliver the best possible care solutions to our clients.  Our Client Services Manager must possess an eager, cheerful, helpful mentality, a passion for helping seniors who need care, and share the company's mission of providing the best possible quality of care with an empathetic and ethical approach.

This position has a diverse range of functions, ranging from marketing & networking to customer service, sales & client assessment.  Our company uses a consultative sales approach to help solve problems, build relationships and earn business.

The Client Services Manager is also involved in the quarterly and yearly planning of our marketing, sales and customer service goals and strategies.

Job Requirements

What qualities does the Client Services Manager need to have?
  • The drive and energy for marketing the company's services
  • The ability to learn our consultative sales approach, requiriing excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to listen effectively
  • A trustworthy nature earned through customer service, and follow up
  • The ability to work independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • The ability to organize and prioritize on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Knowledge of the senior-care industry is a plus
