Dietary Aide

Inspired to Serve. Join us! Part of a nationwide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Covenant Village of Cromwell is seeking full-time and part-time Dining Room Servers / Wait staff . In this role, the Dining Room Server / Wait staff will:

• Prepare dining rooms with appropriate tableware, provide proper service of meals to residents, as well as clearing, cleaning, and sanitation of dining rooms and kitchen areas.
• Set dining rooms with appropriate tableware, disposables, and condiments.
• Make coffee, proportions beverages, and places on appropriate tray or food cart.
• Assist with clearing tables and cleaning dining room.
• Receive and retrieve tableware from dining areas and scrapes remaining food from dishware

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service
• A desire to help others
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs
• This is primarily a standing position
• Previous dining room/server experience is a plus
