Production & Fork Lift Operators - Full-time

Callos Resource has full time jobs New Kensington, PA. These positions are not on the bus line. 1st and 2nd shifts available.

Labor

Duties:

• Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.

Temp-to-hire for the right candidate,1st, 2nd shift openings. 1st-$9.00/hr, 2nd- $9.00/hr +.50 shift differential.

Applicants must be able to work 10 hour days and weekend/overtime as necessary to meet the company's production needs.

Forklift

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Stack cargo in locations such as transit sheds or in holds of ships as directed, using pallets or cargo boards.

Temp-to-hire for the right candidate,1st, 2nd shift openings. 1st-$10.48/hr, 2nd- $10.48/hr +.50 shift differential.

Previous experience with Stand-Up Forklift is helpful. Must have previous Forklift experience.
