We are looking a person capable of work as a team, enthusiastic, friendly, responsible, reliable and with great spirit to join our team. Here at Tropical Smoothie Cafe we are all about health and great customer service.

You will be required to:

-Interacts with customers in a friendly and great manner.

-You will be train in the smoothie bar area.

-You will be train in food prep area.

-You will receive training in the register.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Restaurant: 1 year, Shift leaders and Shift managers need to have prior experience on a similar position.Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.* Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.* Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and customers.* Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.* Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS* Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.* Team Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours.* Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
