Local company in Temple is looking for a Truck Driver in a fast paced manufacturing facility. The Truck Driver safely and efficiently transports materials and equipment between the company’s two production facilities as well as to and from vendors. This position is an evaluation to hire position. Looking to hire immediately!
Essential Functions:
- Driver along with their supervisors, plan their trips together
- Inspect, load, secure, and unload various loads
- Communicate with vendors and with all levels of management
- Comply with shop and department safety rules and practices
Minimum Requirements:
- Have and maintain a fork truck license
- Class C Driver’s License required
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, push, pull, and sit
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 feet
- Must be able to work in temperatures from 25 to 110+ degrees
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 7:00am to 4:30pm Fridays 7:00am to 11:00am; must be available to work required overtime as needed
Salary:
- $12.00 / hour
