Primary Responsibilities:Partner closely with assigned Channel Leads to effectively develop and execute all associated project elementsWork closely with the data and analytics team to deliver clear requirements for member list pulls and track end to end member touch pointsManage the material review process for all materials to ensure they meet legal, compliance and Just Plain Clear guidelinesEnsure all member facing communications are appropriately routed internally to secure SME (subject matter expert) comments including the appropriate clinical sign off for communications including clinical contentManage campaigns using internal material management tools (the DEPOT and BPM)Communicate effectively with cross functional teams, such as creative, production, data, analytics, and SMEs (subject matter experts)Represent marketing and advocate for the member experience on cross functional work groupsAnalyzes and investigatesProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Requirements

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) 2+ years of experience in a direct to consumer marketing role or within a project management function Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to develop and implement multi-channel direct to consumer campaigns Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and AdobeAvailable to travel occasionallyPreferred Qualifications: Previous experience within the healthcare insurance industry Soft Skills:Proven ability to manage multiple priorities from inception to completionProven experience working within a matrix organizationCareers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.
