Home Instead Senior Care is looking for an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community in our Searcy office, part time Monday to Friday

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches
  • Communicate and follow up with CAREGivers and clients
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Set up interviews for new potential CAREGivers as well as training & orientation
  • Required to be in rotation of after hours on call including one weekend a month

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 
  • Computer and phone skills required
  • Must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize daily and monthly work
  • Knowledge of senior care industry helpful
  • Staffing experience encouraged
