Special Events Crew member - Full-time / Part-time

kool. Party Rentals ( www.koolpartyrentals.com ) is an event rental company specializing in event furniture and illuminated decor.  kool. is in search of RELIABLE + DEPENDABLE + PROFESSIONAL individuals to add to our krew in Tempe, AZ. The krew job consists of, but is not limited to: preparing/pulling event orders, warehouse product inventory and inspection, loading/unloading moving trucks, event set-up and take-down.  

***This is a hands-on working position***

• Applicants MUST meet the following criteria to be considered for employment: 
• Be eligible for employment in the United States
• Be willing and available to work a flexible schedule which includes early mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Have dependable transportation to and from company location, and to/from events locations valley wide at any time of the day or night
• Be able to read, write, and understand directions in English
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Be able to lift heavy furniture and boxes - generally over 50 lbs - without assistance
• Be able to pass a criminal background check (conviction of a crime does not necessarily preclude an applicant from consideration for employment)
• Have a current, valid driver's license with no restriction and clean MVR (no DUI's in past 5 years)
• Work well within a team and have a work safe attitude
• Previous experience driving a 26' box truck (CDL not required) a plus.
