Sales Representative - Part-time

AutoZone, the nation’s leading automotive retailer with over 4400 stores in the US and Mexico is looking for Part Time Sales Representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides WOW! Customer Service
• Ensures store tasks are completed in a timely manner on assigned shift
• Operates cash registers and follows established cash handling duties
• Follows company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintains a safe working environment
• Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards
• Ensures that all stock is replenished and placed in their respective areas
• Utilizes WITTD-JR to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Assists with the installation of wipers blades, batteries, headlights
• Utilizes OBDII to read codes from customers automobiles
• Ability to diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions
• Communicates with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters
• Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills
• Being knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each product
• Adheres to AutoZone dress code
• Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations
• Performs other related duties as required

 

 Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• ASE Certified preferred
• Demonstrates high level of integrity
• Ability to drive customer service
• P/T CSR-ability to work agreed upon assigned shifts
• Ability to pass pre-employment Background Check
