About this job
Looking for an experienced, hardworking line cook for busy Anaheim establishment. Knowledge of catering is a plus. We offer 20 -25 hrs a week to start, must be available nights and/or weekends. Compensation ranges $12 - $14/hr D.O.E. After a 90 day probationary period more hours may be available, along with medical/dental insurance and the accruement of sick and vacation pay. Examples of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Food and ingredient preparation
- Fast pace line cooking
- Strict Cleaning of Maintenance area on regular basis
- Handling of Miscellaneous projects to maintain overall kitchen productivity
Specific Qualifications/Abilities:
- Must be willing to learn
- Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week
- Must have basic knowledge of Kitchen tools
- Must be willing to be accountable for all aspects of a multi-faceted job
- Catering experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
