You will be involved in developing marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies and tactics to promote and sell the organization's products and services through the Internet. This function establishes, maintains and updates the ''Web experience'' from the viewpoint of the customer.  You will be a company thought leader, a functional SME and resource to Sr leadership. You will help to develop and pioneer approaches to emerging industry trends.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and gather requirements for our digital products
Develop affiliated programs designed to increase exposure to and business from the target audience
Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the e-commerce goals
Manages the implementation of e-commerce marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
4 years of experience in a Marketing role
4 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a matrix organization
2 years SDLC experience
4 years of experience Analyzing collecting and documenting requirements
4 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within a Digital Ad Agency setting
Professional writing, editing, intranet and social media (i.e., blogs, pod casting, etc.) experience
Health care experience
Project management experience
