We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Office Assistant.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

The HR Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Department in the areas of general HR paperwork, upkeep of HR files, digital scanning, faxing, filing and organizing systems, and other various office tasks.

Specific responsibilities include:

 General HR Administration, Clerical, Digital Filing and Organizing Existing Files 

  • Manage employee files system and ensure accurate upkeep of records
  • Support the Human Resources in office arrangements and daily tasks
  • Administrative support of employee files, review and check the records
  • Coping and faxing company’s and employees’ confidential data
  • Support in other administrative duties as required

 Job Requirement

  • Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel is a plus
  • Must be well organized with superior attention to detail
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to work with a great degree of independence
  • Looking for to hire Students for internship credit/externship or volunteer work experience
