- Scan and transfer all ingredients and raw meat from raw cooler to grinding room based upon schedule.
- Keep product in FIFO order.
- Do not run out of ingredients and/or meat on hoppers 1,2, &3 and TVP blender if needed
- Follow GMP, personal, and food safety regulations.
- Take and scan all left over ingredients back to dry storage and ensure they are properly marked, wrapped, and clean
- Bring Inventory discrepancy to Lead or Inventory attention.
- Sanitary conditions of all Storage and Receiving area.
- Ability to safely operate forklift
- Other task as assigned by supervisor or lead.
