Get a head start on earning extra money for the holidays!  We are hiring Customer Service Sales Representatives for a fall campaign for one of our top clients! Join our team and answer calls to welcome new customers.  The program runs from October through end of November.


We offer a range of part time schedules for work life balance, in a professional, fun, team-oriented environment. This is a great part time job for Students, Stay at Home Parents, 2nd Incomers and Retirees.  Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!

Job Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will ensure a memorable customer service experience by using questioning and listening skills to determine the customer’s needs and help them select the appropriate products and services.


Specific duties for this CSR role include:


• Answering customer requests or inquiries
• Upselling products and/or services to the customer
• Identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills
• Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services and promotions
• Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
• Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system

Job Requirements


We are looking for Customer Service Sales Representative with a genuine hunger to succeed paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience, we will teach entry level candidates the skills needed for success.


Additional requirements for this CSR role include:


• Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• Working knowledge of Windows-based software
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
• Previous sales experience, a plus
• High school diploma or GED
