Growing company in the Dayton area is looking for a Heat Treat Operator to join their team. Pay for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 an hour. This is a direct hire position with full benefits. As a Heat Treat Operator you will be responsible for the following:
Oversee heat treat operation and equipment.
Load products into furnace.
Set temperature controls.
Monitor cycles.
Perform tests and inspection.

Previous operation and equipment setup to apply treatments to various metals.
Previous inspection experience.
Ability to setup and program machines.
