FTD.COM is Now Hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives!
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to deliver a positive experience to our customers for the Holiday season. This is a seasonal role with potential to be hired full-time!!
Your role as a CSR will include:
- Promptly answering inbound customer calls to help place floral and gift orders, answer questions and assist with service issues
- Accurately processing orders, cancellations and adjustments in the computer
- You must be able to attend mandatory paid training.
- Position starts at $11.50 / hour
Qualifications:
- Strong customer focus required - Prior call center experience a plus
- Professional communication skills, friendly and conversational
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment
