Class B Delivery Driver ( Bobtail)
Location: Los Angeles CA
Pay rate: $14.00/per hour
Staffmark Transportation is currently recruiting for one of the largest disposal / recycling industrial companies in Southern California. Immediate opening for a professional Class B Commercial Truck Driver with box truck driving experience.
Driver Responsibilities:
Drivers will have pre-assigned routes for pick-ups and deliveries of recycling bin containers using a Class B box truck, servicing customers hauling their recycling goods from multiple locations to the disposal sites.
Drivers will also assist with loading and unloading of wheeled plastic recycling bins before leaving customer sites using manual or electric powered pallet jack, must secure all bins inside the box truck with straps before leaving any location. Must be able to lift/ push/ pull up to 50LBS, and be able to work in various weather conditions. Good customer service skills are required, must be able to effectively communicate with office personnel, as driver will have a lot of customer & dispatch interaction on a daily basis.
Schedule: Early morning stat time between 6am or 7am
Monday- Friday with some weekends and OT avail.
