About this job
Our client is currently seeking an experienced sales coordinator or administrator for their firm.
This is a temp to hire position, ideal for those not working.
Pay rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour contingent upon experience
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining customer relations
Data entry: updating customer and vendor information
Order processing
Inventory maintenance within the company database
Routing inbound and outbound communication
Database management
Provide support to distributors and sales representatives
Lead management and data-basing
Providing quotations on products
Coordinate customer requirements with the appropriate departments
Requirements:
Bachelors or Associate’s Degree in Business Administration highly preferred
Previous experience as a sales administrator preferred
Strong computer proficiency with MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great phone demeanor
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Strong time management skills
