About this job

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

-Answer all incoming telephone calls, promptly and professionally

-Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, holds, interruptions and unintentional disconnections

-Keep records and return customer calls daily

-Input all data in the proper software

-Greet all guests promptly, with a friendly and upbeat attitude

-Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures

-Ability to communicate in English and Spanish with guests and co-workers

-Provide customers with information and directions

 

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be fluent in Spanish and English

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-18+ years of age

-1+ years of customer service and multi-lined telephone experience preferred but not required

SKILLS/ABILITY TO:

-Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times

-Listen effectively, empathetically and be respectful at all times

-Maintain composure and stay focused

-Work as a team, stay organized, multi-task, prioritize, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions

-Communicate with guests and employees

-Maintain confidentiality

-Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene

-Anticipate the needs of guests

-Ability to handle a fast-paced and busy environment, and work under pressure

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE:

-Schedule is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)

-Paid Holidays

-Involves constant public contact

-Work may be performed in small areas and varying conditions of noise lev
