Residential Treatment Direct Care Staff - Full-time / Part-time

LHS Family & Youth Services requires strong, confident staff members, who have the capacity to deal with high-risk youth who have behavioral and emotional difficulties. Youth may experience frequent emotional crises and be assaultive and/or destructive. You must have the skills to verbally de-escalate a crisis and to use mature judgment with a youth who is out of control. You will need leadership skills, milieu management skills, high energy levels, self-discipline, a cool approach to volatile situations, reliability, flexibility, and dedication.

We are currently hiring 2nd and 3rd shift (must stay awake through the entire shift) positions. Experience working with high-risk youth, or a background in coaching, military or security is preferred.Bachelor's degree is also preferred.Hiring full and part time staff.
